Project KW 3rd Stage

Salam,

hari nie dh 29/07/2008, still lg kt umah. takde rezeki . job pun takde. duit pun takde. apa pun takde. uhukkk... keluhan seorang jurutera penganggur.

Ada la skit nak update kt kete aku nie, walaupun tak bekerja tp kete kena update woooo.. hehehe.

Firstly, aku dh amik keputusan utk mengupgrade sistem aturcara kete aku kepada piggyback iaitu;
antara kelebihan menggunakan piggyback ini adalah;

so takperlu la aku nak explain panjang2 kenapa aku mesti nak pakai benda nie. bg aku bendalah nie penting sebab mcm enjin aku skarang nie dh byk tkr brg. mcm Throttle body 1.6, head port n polish + hi cam. jd utk buat enjin nie beroperasi dgn lebih elok. elok ada piggyback system utk tune balik . Efek dia Insyaallah hp akan naik, dan penggunaan minyak akan lebih optimum. tq.

2ndly,

aku dh berjaya mendapatkan NGK plug cable (blue) utk enjin 4g13/4g15. ada susah nak jumpa nie. Syukurla aku dpt dgn rege yg munasabah...... hehehehe

Hari2ku bosan sepanjang masa.....

Assalamualaikum,

Lama tak update blog, bukan taknak. tp takde mende nak tulih pun. mcm biasela, lepas je interview hari tu aku kembali menjadi jurutera pengganggur yg produktif kepada family aku (mengabihkan boreh la maksudnye). Pasal interview tu still takde jawapan, aku anggap mungkin tak berjaya. Takpela, takde rezeki. yg penting teruskan usaha. never give up!! chayok! chayok!

Sambil2 tunggu keputusan tu jugakla, aku dok lepak kt umah. tgk TVIQ (poyo je kan). tp yg sebetulnye aku demam. dh 3hari dh nie aku demam, mungkin sejak lepas tolong mak aku kemas almari, angkut ke belakang kot. maklumla alergik kt habuk/debu dan sebagainya. hari nie pun badan aku panas lg. adeh.....
pg td, bapak aku g renew road tax kete saga tu. rasenye duit redeem rm625 tu pun kira burn sama la kot. aku dok nganga mcm nie jugak...... adeh. takpela. takde rezekila katakan. apapun, takdelak bapak aku bising2 pasal ada saman ekor ke, ape ke. kalau ada. mampuih la den.

dpt green light utk g redeem roadtax. hehehehe gembiranye. aku pun amik pendapat beberapa org kawan berkenaan dgn hal nie. Lebih menyulitkan aku bukan pemilik kereta buruk nie, still atas nama bapak aku lg. so, aku hanya sebagai wakilla kiranye.

aku sampai kt pos opis lebih kurang pkl 330. org boleh tahanlla. takde ramai sgt. ikut giliran. sambil2 tu baca notice kt depan. melalui wakil, hanya boleh terima melalui wang pos je ( akan dipos ke rumah). frust jugak. aku pun isila borang apa semua. pastuh bg kt pos opis tu suh dia antakan kt umah. [DONE]

after that, g lepak kt bengkel ijam kt flaminggo tu. nak pasang adjustable campulley. refer gambar dibawah plizzz -
so, lepas pasang tu ada la skit tune dimana gigi kt pulley tu diAdvancekan skit kepada 2gigi (bape degree tak pasti), result , memberangsangkan. Pick up memang cun. lain dr sebelum nie. memang best! dan yg paling best adalah upah hanya rm20 jew!!! berbanding kt bengkel kt senawang nak amik dkt rm80. save byk dh kt situ hehehe....


hurm... esok tak tau lg apa nasib aku, keje tak dpt lg. lepak umah je takdo hasil. bosan wei!!!

Interview Selesai..... TAPI??!!!!

Dengan penuh cuak dikala pagi td, aku dok kelam kibut bersiap2. bgn punyela awai pkl 830pg!! tp dok gosok bajula, matching2 la lg. pkl 910pg br start mandi. setel semua pakai baju, sikat rambut dkt pkl 935pg. pastuh kuar panaskan enjin. kumpul2 semua file yg ada bersedia utk kuar. last2 lupa lak ada kertas nak kena steplor. menggagau carik steplor. dh abih byk masa kt situ dh.

shoot!!

n then terus gerak ke stesen minyak, isi rm50 (duit subsidi beb! kohkohkoohkoohkoh). masuk mrr2. humangaih byk lak kete. padahal dh nak dkt pkl 10pg nie (interview pkl 11pg!!). memang terpaksa merempitla kali nie. takleh ckp apa dh. lepas je tol sg. besi. aku maintain dlm 140kmh-170kmh-turun 110kmh (takut speed trap maa). agak2 dlm 25 ~ 30 minit sampai kt tol senawang. alamak masuk je tol senawang jam dh 1043pg. kantoi2!

apalagi, pakai kasut semua dlm kete. takleh nak describe. memang ajaib. laju lak tu hehehe... n lastly masuk kt main opis aku ngam2 pkl 11pg. fuh lega!!! on time siyut!

n then isila borang2 apa yg patut. mcm resume jugak la nie. lepak2 jumpa kawan2 lama, semua ucapkan semoga berjaya. (thanks mate). last2 sekali org yg interview tu tak siap lg. n then g mkn dulu la. nasik ayam + nescafe ais (rm5).

masuk balik kilang ngam2 pkl 1ptg. interview start pkl 130ptg. ilek2 baca surat khabar dulu. n then receptionist suh g ke meeting room 1. okla, selamber je pergi.

bukak2 je pintu, adeh. abg yusnizam (abg yus nie ketua bhgn assembly dlm production, aku pernah kerjasama ngan dia dlm project engine retrofitting, so masing2 tak sangka. ) interview yg sepatutnye mendebarkan menjadi selamber. lebih2 lg manager bhgn production iaitu Mr. Wang yg sporting.

TP!!!!

antara semua2 tu aku berjaya jawab dgn penuh kompiden, dan apa yg aku ckp tu diorang pun paham. kata satu team. n then , dtgla time teknikal .

abg yus tanye pasal pneumatic + hydraulic. alamak! (semalam aku dok study pasal, CNCla G-Codela sampai tak tido2 leh lak dia tanye pasal pneumatic + hydraulic). theorically aku berjaya explain cuma bila dia tunjuk drawing tu je. aku agak gagal skit. soh aku reconize symbol. ingat2 lupa la bai. study benda lain kuar benda lain. aku direct je, aku tak ingat. sebab aku more to mechanical instread of electrical/mechatronic nie.

dh setel2 semua tu, sembang2 la mcm biase. Mr. Wang beri penerangan ringkas pasal kerja2 di production floor, kalau aku berjaya, aku akan direcrut oleh abg yus. overall, hasil interview agak memuaskan sebab mungkin experience aku selama 6 bulan tu byk membantu.

Tunggula, 2,3 hari nanti. HR akan call samada berjaya atau tak.... hopefully berjaya la. Sempat jumpa abg bukhori (maintainance manager) , dia ckp rupe2nye supervisor lama aku dok mintak kt big boss supaya amik aku keje terus sebenarnye tp big boss tak bg. takpelah.... mana tau kot2 nanti aku kena tarik ke manufacturing department lak. terima aje la. hehehehe

fuh panjang siyut berbebel.... hehehehe kipidap2

Persedian, Preparation, Persiapan - INTERVIEW!!!

Leka aku leka.... ekceli aku dpt tawaran interview kt kilang lama aku Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd (kilang lama time internship) sejak 20hb 6 lg. aku punyela lepak2 sampai hari nie br nak semak2 la sedikit sebanyak work specification dia. sekali , nah ko!!!

PRODUCTION ENGINEER (5 VACANCIES)
(Senawang & Kg Jawa – Selangor)

Requirements:

* A recognized Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics. [nohal! gua ada diploma in mechatronic and degree in mechanical beb!]
* Must be able to interpret mechanical drawings. [6 bulan beb praktikal kt sini!!]
* Knowledge in CNC Programming (G-Language) for steel cutting and steel plate, Nesting Programming will have an added advantage. [nie masalah skit!]
* Experience in steel plate rolling will have an added advantage. [takde! - tp takpe katepun fresh graduate]
* Applicant meeting the above mentioned qualification and have 1to 2 years working experience in production related field (steel fabricator) will have an added advantage.
* Applicant who does not have the qualification of Bachelor Degree but posses a Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics and meeting the requirements of 2, 3, 4 & 5 and fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
* The successful candidate will be based in the Production Department and report to the Head of Fabrication Section / Production Manager.

ok, dlm byk2 tu satu je yg merisaukan aku;

ok yg nie memang aku ada knowledge, even aku dpt score A utk subject ini utk semester akhir dulu. tp masalah dia adalah. bendalah nie aku tak bape reti. nak senang citela. time dlm kuliah dok lyn internet je. sampai apa lecturer ajak tak dgr. bila test semua copy n paste. skarang nie nah amik obat!

anyway aku tau , aku kena berlagak cool. jwb dengan penuh kompiden sehinggakan takde nampak sikit pun air muka cuak.

bg aku la, ini peluang aku. sebab dh 6 bulan aku internship kt kilang nie, hampir semua engineer/workers aku dh kenal. senangla nak communicate. tp apa2pun kena tabahkan hati. kasi semua berjalan lancar.

dkt 1bulan wei jd jurutera penganggur tak berbayar! tak best. this time i need to do something. huh.....
